Orders and Payments
• Orders must be placed exclusively through the website by providing accurate and complete personal and delivery information.
• Cash on Delivery is available. A valid ID (Civil ID or Passport) must be presented upon delivery.
• Orders are confirmed via SMS or email and include order number, product details, and delivery information.
Delivery Policy
• Delivery is free of charge across all regions in Oman.
• Expected delivery time: 1 to 5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
• Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the product, sign the delivery receipt, and make the payment (if COD). The signature constitutes acceptance of the product in good condition.
