Return and Exchange Policy
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product does not match the description (e.g., size, color, or model).
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customers may request:
• Exchange if paid via COD.
• Refund or exchange if paid in advance (electronic payment), within 7–14 working days.
